Sponsor Buffalo Open Coffee Club

Buffalo Open Coffee Club relies on sponsors to keep this community event running. Sponsoring for a month is a $500 donation to the Bootsector 501c3 organization.

Community Engagement

Buffalo Open Coffee Clue sees a weekly attendance between 30-50 people in Buffalo each week. The group is made up of small business owners and their staff, support services, non for profits, students, and members of the community.

Feature local businesses

Buffalo Open Coffee Clue features local food/drink vendors. BOCC organizers can work with a specific vendor your with to feature during your sponsored events.

Social Media

Sponsors are featured on our social medial channels (LinkedIn, and Instagram), as well as the WNY Startup Community slack.

Priority Message

Sponsors are featured during our Gives/Asks announcements section with a direct ad read. This can be done either by the BOCC host, or by your staff if they wish to attend. This is the only time that a direct ad read is allowed at BOCC

Signage

BOCC will feature your printed materials prominently at our events in the Seneca One Lobby.

  1. Are sponsorships to BOCC tax deductible?

    1. Yes. BOCC is powered by Bootsector a 501c3 organization

  2. Can I split my sponsorship with another person?

    1. Yes. If you have two people who would like to sponsor BOCC please contact the organizers to work out the details

  3. Can I sponsor BOCC anonymously?

    1. Yes. The organizers will work with you during the intake process to capture this requirement

  4. What happens after I sponsor BOCC?

    1. You will receive an invoice from Bootsector. Once that is processed the organizers will engage with you to capture your website, social media handles, logos, and any ad copy you wish to use during the events. The organizers will also ask who will be doing the ad read during the events.
